ZUS changes:

• From January 15, 2025, ZUS will send messages via e-Delivery with receipt confirmation
• Messages will also appear in your PUE ZUS / eZUS account

When can you suspend your business?

• If you're registered in CEIDG and have no employees. No reason required.

Benefits:

• Exempt from ZUS, income tax, and VAT
• You can sell business equipment/assets
• Flexible duration (min. 30 days, no limit)

How to suspend:

• Online at biznes.gov.pl (Trusted Profile or online banking)
• In person at city/municipal office
• By mail (with notarized signature)

Note: It's free — except power of attorney (17 PLN if used)
Resuming: You can resume activity anytime — just notify CEIDG.

UPL-1 is a form that allows you to authorize another person (e.g., an accountant) to electronically submit tax declarations on your behalf.

It is submitted once and remains valid until it is revoked (using the UPL-1O form).
